How Sterling Detailing handles your information.

When you make a booking, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, home address, vehicle details and any notes you add (e.g. parking instructions).

This information is used only to:

• arrange and carry out your mobile valeting booking;
• contact you about that booking (e.g. to confirm details or reschedule);
• keep a record of past bookings for our own business purposes.

Your details are not sold, shared, or used for marketing. They're stored on Sterling Detailing's own systems and kept only as long as needed for bookings and basic business records.
